The registration fee includes:

Academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute
Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by email. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
It is Elsevier’s policy that all bookings should be paid by debit/credit card with immediate payment. Please note, we are unable to issue invoices for registration payment or accept checks.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday July 22, 2011, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday August 5, 2011, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday August 5, 2011, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
